Gave tuition to a Bedok student in the morning. Now watching , can blogging. 

I was like quite fed up with the student parent, or i should say her dad. This tuition assignment is 8 sessions for $240, 2 sessions per week and 1.5 hour per session. $240 for 2 subjects, for a sec 5 student, is like quite cheap. Furthermore, i will be giving the student worksheets and notes, i didn't even ask them to pay and buy any assessment books. 

Then last week, I requested to have 1 session per week where i squeeze 3 hours into it. The student agreed to it. I feel that the student has poor foundation and that 1.5 hour is not enough. Like today, 1.5 hour is even not enough to complete the corrections for the worksheets i gave her on chapter 1. Its only chapter 1 and that she already had so many questions i need to go through with her. even -ve bring over also dunno how to change to +ve. 

Then today, in the mid of the tuition, her dad came into the room and said that he prefer her daughter to have tuition twice a week, 1.5 hr for each session. Is like they have already agreed to have it once a week. Somemore he said that when the tuition agent told me, i have agreed to accept twice a week. But he also agreed to have once a week. Where can like that!!! The student also never say anything. 

Is like the fees are so cheap already. My brother's tutor collect 280 for a subject leh!!! now her's is 2 subject for 240!!! so fed up!!! So now, i am considering about it. Its not that i don't want to teach, is like twice a week so waste my time.

although is 1.5 hr, but it takes up 4 hrs included traveling time. So fed up!! ok so i have decided. I will complete till the 8th lessons, which is till next thursday, then i must collect my money. Then after that, i will explain to the student about this matter then if she still insist in twice a week, then i will have to ask her to find another better teacher who is so kind-hearted to accept this low rate. See whether she can find anot!!! Fed up!!!
